Many of you have received the flu shot this year and we believe it is the best way to protect yourself from the flu. If you have been vaccinated at Ottawa Public Health's community immunization clinics or at your pharmacy, please let us know so we can have this information updated in your medical record.

You can do this by calling either of our two clinics at 613-590-0533 (Orleans), 613-745-2228 (Overbrook) or by posting a message on the Pomelo Portal (formerly Health Myself). Please include the following information: the date and place where you were vaccinated (e.g. pharmacy). 

If you haven't had a chance to get the flu shot yet, know that it's not too late and you can get vaccinated at the following locations: 

Here at ESFCEO by making an appointment with one of our nurses;

In community pharmacies, 

or by making an appointment at Ottawa Public Health's community immunization clinics.
