Starting on October 8th, 2020, we will be offering - in collaboration with the Orléans-Cumberland Community Resource Center - a bi-weekly drop-in group to help people get through the pandemic. This group is open... that means you can attend when you feel the need.

Coping with Stress Workshop (in French)

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR THE TIME BEING, OUR GROUPS ARE OFFERED ONLINE DUE TO PHYSICAL DISTANCING MEASURES LINKED TO COVID-19

For the second time, we will be offering a 3 session workshop on stress management in French. This group will run on Tuesdays from Nov. 17-Dec. 1, 2020 from 4:00-5:30 p.m. Please see poster for details. 

This group is now full. We are currently taking names of patients who would like to participate in our next stress management groups in French and English.
