DIABETES PROGRAM

The Diabetes Education Program of The Eastern Ottawa Family Health team is a proud associate of the Ottawa Central Diabetes.

NUTRITION

Eating right can have a different definition for each of us. Nutritional information that is available today may seem to contradict itself constantly. So, how do you know if you eating well according to your needs?
 Our dietitian is available to provide personalized nutritional advice for patients at our clinic. Its role is to help you improve and maintain a good state of health by promoting the acquisition of healthy eating habits that respect your lifestyle and your needs.

Ottawa Public Health explains that the influenza vaccine will not protect you against COVID-19, but will help reduce the risk of catching the flu and COVID-19 at the same time, which could increase your risk of suffering from more serious symptoms.
