 Our dietitian is available to provide personalized nutritional advice for patients at our clinic. Its role is to help you improve and maintain a good state of health by promoting the acquisition of healthy eating habits that respect your lifestyle and your needs.

Influenza vaccination is helping to reduce the burden on the health care system during this pandemic time. Ottawa Public Health explains that the influenza vaccine will not protect you against COVID-19, but will help reduce the risk of catching the flu and COVID-19 at the same time, which could increase your risk of suffering from more serious symptoms.
