Important notice regarding registration with our team
We understand that some recently published information may have suggested that the Eastern Ottawa Community Family Health Team is currently accepting new patients or maintaining an internal waitlist.
We would like to clarify that we are not accepting new patients at this time and that we do not maintain an internal waitlist.
Anyone looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner must register with the provincial Health Care Connect / Accès Soins list. During registration, you may indicate your language preference if you wish to receive services in French.
Please do not call the clinic or send emails about this matter. No further information is available at this time. Calls and emails about this issue reduce our ability to manage daily clinic operations and serve our current patients.

Note that some issues are beyond our mandate or areas of expertise, such as drug addiction and eating disorders. In these cases, we will direct you to the appropriate resource.
To request help for your mental health, please complete our Mental Health Request form and drop it off at one of our secretariats. A member of the team will call you within two business days to schedule a 20-minute telephone appointment where one of our clinicians will explore your needs and refer you to the most appropriate department, either at clinic or another service provider.
