    • To improve the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of your care, our clinic is gradually introducing AI Scribe — a secure tool that helps clinicians produce accurate medical notes during consultations. This allows your healthcare provider to focus more on you while ensuring complete documentation.

    • Your consent will always be requested before its use, and the protection of your personal information is guaranteed under Ontario and Canadian law.

  • ANCRÉ Program – Supporting the mental health and well-being of caregivers Published September 24th 2025

    • Caring for others can be rewarding, but it also comes with emotional challenges.

    • According to the 2025 sociodemographic survey by the Ontario Health Team Archipel, 42% of our active members identified as caregivers, compared to about 1 in 4 Canadians nationwide (LINK to survey). This highlights the importance of sharing and promoting support programs designed specifically for this group.

    • This fall, the Ontario Caregiver Organization (OCO) is offering a renewed program to support the mental health and resilience of caregivers. Sessions begin very soon — don’t miss your chance to register!

    • ANCRÉ stands for Natural caregiving, self-awareness, recognition, and education.

    • 🗓 Begins Thursday, October 2, 2025 (every Thursday until November 20), from 6–7 PM ET

    • 💻 Free online program

    • Includes:

      • 8 weeks of pre-recorded webinars on various aspects of caregiver mental health

      • Weekly exercise workbooks to better manage emotional challenges related to caregiving

      • Free individual or group counseling sessions (limited spaces, first come, first served)
