Important notice regarding registration with our team
We understand that some recently published information may have suggested that the Eastern Ottawa Community Family Health Team is currently accepting new patients or maintaining an internal waitlist.
We would like to clarify that we are not accepting new patients at this time and that we do not maintain an internal waitlist.
Anyone looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner must register with the provincial Health Care Connect / Accès Soins list. During registration, you may indicate your language preference if you wish to receive services in French.
Please do not call the clinic or send emails about this matter. No further information is available at this time. Calls and emails about this issue reduce our ability to manage daily clinic operations and serve our current patients.

Make an appointment
The OSCFEO provides services to patients registered with its family physicians and who have a valid Ontario health card.
Important information:

All visits are by appointment only.

A valid health card must be presented at each visit in order to receive services covered by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. During this time, you will register at reception and complete the forms required for your visit. A delay of more than 10 min results in the cancellation of your appointment and a $20 fee.
How to cancel an appointment?
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged $20.
