Contact your pharmacy and ask them to fax us the prescription renewal request (Orléans 613-590-7351, Overbrook 613-745-9520) . Your doctor will then be able to process your request. Allow at least 3 business days.

Open and read your healthcare provider's email. If they contain personal health information or require you to fill out forms, there will be a blue web link in the body of the message. Clicking on the link will take you to an encrypted page where you can view your message and secure forms. To access your secure message, enter your date of birth. Depending on the provider, there may be additional security questions to validate your identity. Read the secure message. If there are any attachments, download the files via the Download button before continuing. Click “Next” to move on to your forms. If there are no forms, you can close the window. Once you have completed your forms, your responses will automatically be sent to your patient file for the provider to review. Yes, we have emergency clinics in the evening between our two sites from Monday to Friday. You must call us at 8:30 am the same day because availability is limited.
