Here is our version of the Relaxation Response, designed by Dr. Herbert Benson, which lasts about 20 minutes. It is, more precisely, a progressive passive muscle relaxation exercise. We advise you to start using it during the day. Once comfortable - after one or two weeks - you can include it among your tools for nocturnal awakenings.
